The One Year Builder Warranty has a 30 day follow up and an 11 month follow up for all non-emergency items. The dates are in accordance with your closing date. At the follow up time frame, simply email our warranty department at warranty@showcasehomesomaha.com. Please send one email with all issues at each follow up time frame. If you have pictures to share for any items please feel free to include those as they can make trouble shooting a lot easier on our end. If you experience an emergency item, please reach out to the subcontractor directly to expedite the request. The subcontractor list is located inside your electrical panel in your basement. If the subcontractor cannot be reached for some reason, please call our main office number at 402-884-9554.
